Contact request privacy
ORBETIQ uses the details you submit only to review and respond to your inquiry. Required details are your name, business email and message; company and Telegram username are optional.
Requests are encrypted in our database and accessible only to authorized administrators. Where configured, our server forwards a notification to our authorized email or private Telegram account. A request receipt confirms storage, not notification delivery. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Requests and their delivery records are automatically deleted from the active database after 90 days. Encrypted operational backups expire after 7 days. Short-lived, hashed network and email identifiers help prevent abuse; the contact service does not log your message or contact details.
To request access or deletion, use the contact form and include your request reference. We may verify your identity before acting.
